O2N Fibre Laser Cutting

Our 4KW powered laser cutting machine utilises mixed & compressed O2 through membrane filters at high pressure, converting cooled Oxygen into Nitrogen gas enabling fibre laser cutting, clean cuts and minimal burr. Our unique blend of high purity nitrogen gas, produced and stored on site, provides a distinct advantage over fusion and flame cutting.

This capability enables us to transform our production process and profit from enhanced cutting quality at higher speeds, producing superior, high-quality sheet metal parts.

Robotic Picking, Sorting & Bending

Our commitment to innovation has revolutionised our operational efficiencies through the introduction of a ‘dual factory’ system for sheet metal processing. Our digital facility operates with near-complete autonomy, enabling seamless 24/7 operation, offering unparalleled flexibility, efficiency and precision in our manufacturing processes.

Automated Robotic Powder Coating & Recycling System

Our powder coating line offers a multitude of benefits harnessing advanced robotics and automated technology. This ensures precision and consistency in coating application, resulting in superior quality finishes.

With automated controls and programming, the process becomes highly efficient, reducing labour costs and minimising errors. The speed and output of the automated line increases production capacity, enabling faster turnaround times and improved overall productivity.

Our system ensures 99% recirculation of lost powder enabling zero discharge of toxic chemicals that are commonly associated with legacy manufacturing practices, with operational power offset by our on-site solar generation.

State of the Art Testing Facility

Our unique Photometric testing laboratory – the largest in Australia – ensures precise and accurate measurements of diverse lighting parameters, guaranteeing that all our products adhere to industry standards and specifications. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, our testing lab facilitates enhanced research, development & prototyping initiatives enabling swift improvement, fostering innovation and accelerating our time to market. Our testing capabilities also extend beyond photometric testing with IK Testing for impact resistance, ISTMT thermal testing and luminaire efficacy.

Our commitment to supporting the highest Australian content is evident with our Mirror Goniophotometer being constructed and assembled in Australia.
