LED Downlight

Newton

The Newton LED Downlight features a step-back opal diffuser, utilising high-efficiency LEDs combined with a high-transparency diffuser, making it an excellent replacement for fluorescent lighting. The color temperature of the Newton Downlight is switchable and easily selectable via the fitting.

With a high efficiency of up to 110 lm/W, a high CRI of Ra>95, R9>80, and <3 MacAdam steps, this downlight ensures superior lumen maintenance with a lifespan of ≥60,000 hours at L90/B10.

This versatile downlight is perfect for office, healthcare, and educational applications, providing reliable and high-quality lighting in various environments.

As part of Novon’s ongoing efforts for sustainability and moving towards circularity, we carefully choose partners that align with and contribute to our values. Our solutions continually evolve, thanks to life cycle assessments (LCA) that minimise environmental impact. Choosing recycled materials for this range of luminaires, help reduce emissions during the manufacturing phase (A1-A4), targeting embedded carbon. Lamp promote decarbonisation with high energy efficiency solutions (<120 lm/W), minimising emissions during the usage phase (B6) and optimising installations with light and presence sensors.

Lamp’s primary product families in the Office segment possess Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), ensuring transparency in measuring the impact of our solutions throughout the building’s life cycle. Designed under eco-design criteria, these luminaires allow for repair, updates, and recyclability at the end of their life cycle.
